This policy explains what information is collected when you visit bulletheavengames.com (the “Site”), why, and the choices you have. BulletHeavenGames is an independent, fan-run game directory. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not require an account to use the Site.

Information we collect

We keep data collection to the minimum needed to run the Site:

• Server logs & analytics. Like most websites, our hosting and analytics providers automatically record technical data such as your IP address, browser type, referring page, and the pages you view. We use privacy-focused analytics to understand overall traffic; this is used in aggregate and not to identify individuals.
• Local storage. When you add a game to your personal “collection,” the list is stored only in your browser using localStorage. It never leaves your device and is not sent to us.
• Community features. When you leave an emoji reaction, mark that you're playing a game, or submit a game suggestion, we record the action along with your IP address. The IP address is used solely to prevent spam and abuse (rate limiting) and is not linked to any account or used to identify you. These features do not require, and we do not ask for, your name, email, or other personal details.

Cookies and advertising

The Site displays advertising to cover its running costs. We use Google AdSense to serve these ads.

• Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites.
• Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visit to this Site and/or other sites on the Internet.

Children's privacy

The Site is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

Your choices

You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings, use the advertising opt-outs linked above, and clear your local collection by clearing your browser's site data. Disabling cookies may affect how ads are shown but will not prevent you from browsing the Site.
